Salina Canoy has more than 15 years experience working with business entities of all sizes and across many industries. She has represented Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, private equity funds, national and regional banks, health care organizations, and nonprofit organizations.
Salina's professional background includes large law firm practice and in-house experience. Her major transactional work has included representing public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions, commercial contracting, private equity offerings and venture capital financings. She also has experience navigating corporate governance issues, forming entities and reorganizing subsidiaries, and advising on regulatory matters in health care and other sectors. Prior to practicing law, Salina began her career in corporate communications for a large public company.
