Lisa Chalem concentrates her practice in information security, data privacy and regulation, and commercial contracts in the healthcare and technology sectors. Lisa reviews and evaluates changes in data privacy laws and the resulting impact on contract risk, compliance, and corporate governance. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, U.S. private sector (CIPP/US)*.

Prior to joining Canoy Law Group, Lisa was a litigator for government agencies both in civil mental health cases and as an Assistant Public Guardian in juvenile court. She has also practiced in estate management and taught legal research and writing.
